# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 large eggs
02 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
03 - 1 lb ground beef
04 - 1 tbsp mustard (optional)
05 - Salt and pepper as you like
06 - 4 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
07 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
08 - 1 tbsp butter (for greasing your dish)
09 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
10 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
11 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up a skillet on medium, then toss in the ground beef. Let it cook until it's not pink anymore. Drain out extra grease, sprinkle on the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then turn off the heat and move the beef to a plate.
02 - Pop another skillet on the stove and fry up the bacon until it's crunchy. Let it dry on a paper towel, then break it into pieces.
03 - Warm your oven to 375°F (190°C). Butter up a pie dish or baking pan. In a big bowl, whisk the eggs, heavy cream, a pinch of salt and pepper, and mustard if you'd like.
04 - Spread the cooked beef all over the bottom of your buttered dish. Drop the crumbled bacon on top. Pour the egg and cream mix over everything. Finish with a layer of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
05 - Slide the dish in the oven and bake for around 25 to 30 minutes. You'll know it's ready when the eggs firm up and the top turns golden and bubbly.
06 - Take it out, leave it to cool for a few minutes, then slice it up. Enjoy while it's warm–it’s cheesy, meaty, and downright satisfying!
