Raspberry Cheesecake Rolls (Print Version)

01 - 8 sheets of egg roll dough
02 - 1 cup of soft cream cheese
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
05 - 1/2 cup raspberry jam or pie filling
06 - Cooking oil for frying
07 - Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until creamy and lump-free.
02 - Scoop out about a tablespoon of the cream cheese mix and drop it in the middle of each wrapper, adding a teaspoon of the raspberry topping alongside it.
03 - Fold the rolls up nice and snug, using a little water to stick the edges together securely.
04 - Carefully fry the rolls in hot oil until their color turns golden, which should take around 2 to 3 minutes.
05 - Set the fried rolls on paper towels to soak up extra oil and sprinkle them with powdered sugar if you’d like.
