Whisk the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until creamy and lump-free.

Scoop out about a tablespoon of the cream cheese mix and drop it in the middle of each wrapper, adding a teaspoon of the raspberry topping alongside it.

Fold the rolls up nice and snug, using a little water to stick the edges together securely.

Carefully fry the rolls in hot oil until their color turns golden, which should take around 2 to 3 minutes.

Set the fried rolls on paper towels to soak up extra oil and sprinkle them with powdered sugar if you’d like.
