Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it fully heat up.

Take a medium-sized bowl and combine flour, both sugars, cinnamon, salt, and cold butter. Blend until it's crumbly.

Separate the crescent rolls into 8 pieces on an ungreased baking pan. Scatter the crumb topping evenly across each one.

Put the pan in the oven and bake for about 8-12 minutes. They're ready when the rolls are golden brown.

While the baking's happening, mix the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, butter, and milk in a small bowl. Add a little more powdered sugar if it's too thin.

After the rolls cool a bit, you can cut them up smaller and drizzle the icing generously on top. Enjoy!
