# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup shredded crab meat, cooked (canned, imitation, or fresh)
02 - 1/2 cup grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese
03 - 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning like Old Bay
04 - 1 (8 oz) can of crescent roll dough, refrigerated
05 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened to room temp
06 - 2 small green onions, diced finely
07 - 2 tablespoons of mayo
08 - Salt and some pepper, to your liking
09 - Optional: Sprinkle on paprika or minced parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 375°F (190°C) and get a baking sheet lined with parchment.
02 - In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayo, crab, shredded cheese, onions, seafood seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
03 - Open the crescent dough and pull apart the triangles. Spoon about a tablespoon of filling onto the wide end of each, then roll them up into crescents.
04 - Put them on the lined sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until they look golden and crispy.
05 - Optional: Before serving, sprinkle on parsley or paprika if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - Make mini crab cups by pressing crescents into small muffin tins.
02 - For extra zip, stir in a little lemon zest or hot sauce.
03 - Serve alongside cocktail sauce or a garlic aioli for dipping.
