Blend the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add yogurt and mix until it clumps together. On a floured surface, knead by hand for a couple of minutes until the dough feels smooth. Wrap it up and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
02 -
Stir together the melted butter, chopped parsley, and garlic in a small container. Keep it handy.
03 -
Turn your oven on to 220°C (425°F). Flatten the dough with a rolling pin into a large oval or circle. Lay it on a sheet of parchment on your baking tray. Coat the dough with half the garlic butter and bake for 5 minutes.
04 -
Take the flatbread out of the oven. Spread the mozzarella and Parmesan across the top. Pop it back into the oven and cook for another 7 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and turns golden.
05 -
Once baked, brush the rest of the garlic butter on top. Sprinkle with some fresh parsley for garnish.
06 -
Cut it into slices and enjoy while warm. Perfect for snacking, sharing, or as a starter.
