Garlic Chicken Tortilla (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Filling

01 - 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
02 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
04 - 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
05 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
10 - 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
12 - 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken

→ Wraps

13 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
14 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
15 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
16 - 4 large tortillas (flour)

# Instructions:

01 - Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then toss in the garlic and let it cook for half a minute until it smells flavorful.
02 - Combine the chicken with smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir to coat well.
03 - Drop the cream cheese into the pan and stir until it’s completely smooth and blended.
04 - Add the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Mix constantly until everything’s melted and gooey.
05 - If you like, sprinkle the parsley over the mixture and stir it in before removing from heat.
06 - Spread the cheesy chicken mixture onto the tortillas. Fold the edges in, then roll them up tightly to keep everything inside.
07 - Set a skillet or griddle to medium heat. Brush butter over the wraps and sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Cook seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
08 - Cut wraps in half and enjoy while hot. Try dipping them in ranch, marinara, or garlic aioli.
