Turn on your oven and set it to 350°F (175°C). Put some parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Mix the orange gelatin with the cake mix in a big bowl. Toss in the orange zest while you're at it.

Use a separate bowl to beat the butter and eggs together until they're soft and airy.

Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter-and-egg mixture. Stir just until everything comes together.

Gently stir in the white chocolate chips, making sure they're spread out evenly.

Scoop out tablespoon-sized balls of dough, roll them gently, and place them on the lined baking sheet with some space in between.

Put the cookies in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. Look for edges turning golden. Let them rest on the sheet for a bit before moving to a rack.
