# Ingredients:

→ Dough ingredients

01 - One box (15.25 oz) of white cake mix
02 - One packet (3 oz) of orange-flavored gelatin
03 - A couple of tablespoons of orange peel zest
04 - 8 tablespoons of salted butter, softened to room temperature
05 - Two large eggs, ideally at room temperature
06 - 11 ounces of white chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 350°F (175°C). Put some parchment paper on a baking sheet.
02 - Mix the orange gelatin with the cake mix in a big bowl. Toss in the orange zest while you're at it.
03 - Use a separate bowl to beat the butter and eggs together until they're soft and airy.
04 - Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter-and-egg mixture. Stir just until everything comes together.
05 - Gently stir in the white chocolate chips, making sure they're spread out evenly.
06 - Scoop out tablespoon-sized balls of dough, roll them gently, and place them on the lined baking sheet with some space in between.
07 - Put the cookies in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. Look for edges turning golden. Let them rest on the sheet for a bit before moving to a rack.
08 - After they’ve cooled down, grab one (or a few) and dig into sweet, orange-flavored goodness!
