Soft Easter Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
03 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1 egg, beaten
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 1 cup warm milk
08 - 3 tablespoons sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Stir the sugar, yeast, and warm milk together. Wait 5 minutes for it to bubble.
02 - Throw the flour, salt, and melted butter into a bowl. Stir until it starts to look like dough.
03 - Work the dough with your hands for about 10 minutes.
04 - Pop the dough into an oiled bowl, cover it up, and leave it for an hour to puff up.
05 - Turn on your oven and set it to 350°F (180°C).
06 - Flatten the dough to get rid of air bubbles, then mold it into a round shape.
07 - Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden.
