Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 9-inch pie or quiche dish with the crust and keep it aside.

Use medium heat to warm olive oil in a skillet. Toss in the spinach and stir for a couple of minutes until soft. Turn off the heat and set aside to cool.

Crack the eggs in a large bowl and whisk with the cream, ricotta, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.

Mix the cooled-down spinach into your prepared egg mixture until everything is combined well.

Pour the spinach mixture into the crust. Spread it out so it’s packed evenly.

Bake for around 30 to 35 minutes. The top should turn golden and the center should feel firm—it’s good when a knife poked in comes out clean.

Let it sit for about 10 minutes before cutting and enjoying.
