# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1 store-bought pie crust

→ Filling

02 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - Salt and black pepper, adjust as desired
05 - 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
06 - 3 eggs, large
07 - 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
08 - 1/2 cup cream, heavy
09 - 1 cup ricotta
10 - 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded

→ For cooking

11 - 1 tablespoon oil, olive

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 9-inch pie or quiche dish with the crust and keep it aside.
02 - Use medium heat to warm olive oil in a skillet. Toss in the spinach and stir for a couple of minutes until soft. Turn off the heat and set aside to cool.
03 - Crack the eggs in a large bowl and whisk with the cream, ricotta, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
04 - Mix the cooled-down spinach into your prepared egg mixture until everything is combined well.
05 - Pour the spinach mixture into the crust. Spread it out so it’s packed evenly.
06 - Bake for around 30 to 35 minutes. The top should turn golden and the center should feel firm—it’s good when a knife poked in comes out clean.
07 - Let it sit for about 10 minutes before cutting and enjoying.
