Philly Pepper Hoagie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Thinly sliced beef steak
02 - Hoagie roll
03 - Provolone cheese
04 - Green bell pepper, sliced
05 - Olive oil
06 - Black pepper
07 - Onion, sliced
08 - Salt
09 - Garlic, minced

# Instructions:

01 - Drizzle some olive oil into a pan and gently soften the slices of green peppers and onions.
02 - Toss minced garlic into the pan and let it sizzle for just about a minute.
03 - Move the veggies off to the side and add the beef strips to the pan. Sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper, and cook them through.
04 - Blend the steak back with the veggies, lay provolone on top, and let it melt completely.
05 - Lightly toast the hoagie roll, then stuff it with the cheesy steak and veggie mix.
