Drizzle some olive oil into a pan and gently soften the slices of green peppers and onions.

Toss minced garlic into the pan and let it sizzle for just about a minute.

Move the veggies off to the side and add the beef strips to the pan. Sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper, and cook them through.

Blend the steak back with the veggies, lay provolone on top, and let it melt completely.

Lightly toast the hoagie roll, then stuff it with the cheesy steak and veggie mix.
