2 cups of frozen pineapple chunks

Toss the frozen pineapple chunks, honey, and your choice of pineapple juice or water into a blender. Blend until it’s creamy and thick. Add a touch more liquid if it’s too thick. Once done, pour the mixture into a separate bowl and set it aside.

Clear out your blender, then throw in the frozen strawberries, honey, and either strawberry juice or water. Blend until it has a smooth, thick texture. Adjust thickness by adding more liquid if necessary.
