Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat your baking pan with oil or butter so the pudding doesn't stick.

In a big bowl, toss together the bread cubes, milk, cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon until it's all combined evenly.

Spread the mixture into the prepped baking dish, making sure it's even across the whole thing.

Pop it in the oven and bake for roughly 45 to 50 minutes. You'll know it's ready when the top is nice and golden, and a knife slid in the middle comes out clean.
