Vanilla Bread Pudding Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
02 - 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
03 - 4 slices of stale bread, cubed (French or Italian)
04 - 2 cups milk
05 - 1 cup cream, the heavy kind
06 - 3/4 cup white sugar
07 - 4 large eggs

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat your baking pan with oil or butter so the pudding doesn't stick.
02 - In a big bowl, toss together the bread cubes, milk, cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon until it's all combined evenly.
03 - Spread the mixture into the prepped baking dish, making sure it's even across the whole thing.
04 - Pop it in the oven and bake for roughly 45 to 50 minutes. You'll know it's ready when the top is nice and golden, and a knife slid in the middle comes out clean.
05 - Let it sit and cool down a bit. Serve it warm, maybe with some vanilla sauce poured on top if you like.
