Beef Veggie Bowl (Print Version)

01 - 1 cup of matchstick carrots
02 - 1 tsp grated ginger
03 - 2 cups of shredded cabbage
04 - 2 green onions, sliced
05 - 1 tsp minced garlic
06 - 1 lb ground beef
07 - 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
08 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
09 - 1 tsp sesame oil
10 - Sesame seeds for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your pan to medium and cook the ground beef until browned. Get rid of any extra grease.
02 - Throw in the garlic, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce. Stir everything together until blended.
03 - Add the cabbage and carrots to the pan. Stir-fry just enough so they get tender but stay a little crunchy.
04 - Spoon the mixture into individual bowls. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top before serving.
