Mini Easter Desserts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
02 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
03 - 1 cup smashed graham cracker crumbs

→ Cheesecake Filling

04 - 1/2 cup white sugar
05 - 1/4 cup sour cream
06 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
08 - 1 large egg

→ Topping

09 - Easter chocolates, jellybeans, or colorful sprinkles

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 325°F (163°C) and put paper cups into a muffin tin.
02 - Blend the graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Push the mix into the base of each liner.
03 - Whip cream cheese with sugar until fluffy. Mix in the vanilla, sour cream, and egg until smooth.
04 - Scoop the cheesecake mix and pour it over the crust inside each muffin liner.
05 - Pop into the oven and bake for around 20–25 minutes. Let them cool down to room temp after baking.
06 - Let them chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours so they can firm up.
07 - Place your favorite Easter candies on top just before enjoying.
