Set your oven to 325°F (163°C) and put paper cups into a muffin tin.

Blend the graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Push the mix into the base of each liner.

Whip cream cheese with sugar until fluffy. Mix in the vanilla, sour cream, and egg until smooth.

Scoop the cheesecake mix and pour it over the crust inside each muffin liner.

Pop into the oven and bake for around 20–25 minutes. Let them cool down to room temp after baking.

Let them chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours so they can firm up.

Place your favorite Easter candies on top just before enjoying.
